I can’t provide customer service support for any of the products I’ve recommended on this site. I’ll try my best to answer simple questions relating to features or operation (eg. how to fold a pushchair) but in most cases you should contact the manufacturer directly, especially if you are experiencing a fault or a delivery issue.
